The Department of Public Works provides over sight for the Airport, Roads, Property Maintenance, Sewer and Water. These divisions provide a broad range of services to city agencies and the general public.
The goal of the department is to preserve and expand the City's infrastructure including the airport, public buildings, roads, sewer and water.
The Public Works Department oversees all construction projects, while providing additional funding for city projects through grant writing, loan applications, and other revenue sources.
