File your Code Compliance Complaint Form online. If you are aware of a Code Compliance or Municipal Code violation and would like to report it to the Wasilla Police Department, you may use the Code Compliance Complaint Form. For complaints regarding: • Sign placement within the city limits • Excessive trash on a property in the city limits • Business license violations within the city limits • Curfew violations within the city limits • Lewd Conduct within the city limits • Weapons offenses within the city limits • Trespassing within the city limits • Vandalism to public or private property within the city limits
This form is not used for animal complaints. If you have an animal complaint, please fill out the Animal Complaint Form.
Fill out the Code Compliance Complaint form and email, fax or mail it directly to the police department. The form will then generate a Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) number. It will then be given to a supervisor for review.
