I am a lifelong fourth generation Alaskan. My husband Ted and I and our family have lived in Wasilla since 1996. I worked for many years in healthcare, the Alaska State Legislature, the State Administration and presently run my own consulting business CSLeonard & Associates. I am a Wasilla Chamber member, NRA member and Sunrise Rotarian. In our spare time my family enjoys time at our cabin, reading, skiing, and soccer.
I believe in promoting strong economic development for Wasilla so our private sector may be successful. I believe that a smaller more efficient government is better than raising unnecessary taxes on our residents and local businesses. We must be accountable to our residents with their money.

Term information: Deputy Mayor Colleen Sullivan-Leonard was elected to the Wasilla City Council, Seat D, in 2010 to fulfill the remainder of a term. She was re-elected to the Wasilla City Council during the October 4, 2011, Regular City Election. Her current term of office will expire in October 2014 and she may run for an additional term if she wishes. She was appointed Deputy Mayor in December 2012.
